Osuna Karate - Karate black belts practicing kata

It is a  traditional Shotokan Karate-Do school located in the South West of Calgary in the Cougar Ridge area. We offer classes for children, teens and adults.

Karate-do, more generally referred as Karate, is a Japanese martial art that develops the use of the human body as a weapon and builds on a philosophy of perseverance and discipline. Our Dojo follows traditional Shotokan Karate-do training and philosophy.

Our club is the headquarters of the World Shotokan Karate-Do Federation Canada (WSKF Canada), directly affiliated with the World Shotokan Karate-do Federation, an organization headquartered in Japan with worldwide representation.
